After years of disappointed with BT local business we finally came across a local business that were willing to give us the full support and knowledge to put the right package together for the Golf Club. Moved to IMS in October 2019 to help us reduce the number of supplies we have (Phones, IT infrastructure, software and support all in one place) Chris presented an excellent package, offering a fair saving and better service levels. The technical support team is always there, professional and very helpful - essential for a smaller operation such as us. No noticeable service disruptions from the pandemic. I cannot recommend IMS highly enough. After having my computer crash and thinking i had lost everything on my drive and having no IT support in place i googled IT support in my local area and these guys came up and I'm so thankful they did. They were upfront with costs and explained everything to me in a way i understood without sounding condescending as previous companies have in the past. I took my computer straight to them and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. IMS have also helped and supported with implementing new ways to make sure the same doesn't happen again. They will now be our go to company for any IT support in the future.
