So far I can’t fault them. I’ve not gone live fully just yet but I have to say the quality of my testers have been great. I ordered from multiple POD companies and without a doubt these were the best. I will be moving all of my designs onto their products alone. The customer service got in touch straight away when I design needed altering and they were very quick in response advising me and creating a new design that would be more suitable for embroidery. Very happy so far so thank you!

I've used Inkthreadable for 9 years and their quality is unmatched by any DTG company I've used in the US or UK. Our customer service complaints due to quality completely dropped off the map after switching to them. Well worth it as a US customer and their selection keeps expanding. Would absolutely recommend as DTG printer of choice!

I've been using Inkthreadable for a while now and the key thing for me is the customer support has been nothing short of impeccable.

I sell art prints, framed or as posters. The print quality of the prints has been perfect. The delivery incredibly fast even during COVID supply issues.

There have been issues with my orders, like frames being smashed in transit or orders getting lost in transit etc. But every time Inkthreadable have sorted it quickly and easily and left both myself and my customer happy. I would genuinely struggle to get such a good quality print, with such great customer support anywhere else.
