After carefully considering three companies to manage our Sage 50 - 200 upgrade we felt confident Viking Management Services were able to handle the amount of bespoke work we would require. The project was carefully mapped out and penalties in place for late delivery. We had a lot of bespoke work and we feel this could have been better tested before roll out, Never underestimate the testing that is involved with any upgrade. Some errors were corrected and then reappeared - this is a basic and should not happen as versions should be updated and serialised. Any change is traumatic, but we feel the upgrade has been worth it for functionality with our in-house systems. I am updating my review as of October 2018. It is with continued frustration that bespoke software from Viking arrives late, and full of bugs. We've just been told we are the only company that has this level of errors, maybe we are the only customer who drill down their poor workmanship. I cannot recommend Viking. I am really sorry we chose them.
