Niamh always does my nails and every time pulls off the design effortlessly. I have come in previously with a drawn out plan with a different design on each nail and Niamh was able to not only create it exactly as imagined but to go beyond my expectations for the design. I’m never disappointed when I leave the appointments and I always get compliments on the nails wherever I go. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I just wanted to blend my light brunette with the blonde dye I had, that's all I wanted! Despite warning the hairdresser (that perform the poor work - Courtney) multiple times that she was making my roots darker than my base, she proceeded to dye my hair almost black. I never agreed to have black roots, and certainly not twice as she did, keeping me in the salon for 7h and a half. Despite warning her that I liked the first result, as it wasn't too dark, she said it was patched in the back and instead of correcting just the back she decided to use black dye over my hair a second time. During that time I raised my concern multiple times about my hair turning too dark, being ignored.

I must say they were not unpolite to me during all the proccess but, I raised a complain on the hairdresser corporate instagram account and as a resulf of that I received a very upseting email from the manager (Kate) basically accusing me of lying and sending me a picture of my hair with light retouch making it appear lighter and do not reflect the reality of my hair, which now as it will grow will have three different colours, being severely dry, damaged and snap everywhere as you can see in the pictures.

I am extremely unhappy with the outcome and feel very anxious about the state of my hair. I trusted this salon, but they have ruined my hair, leaving me with no choice but to leave this review based on my experience as they offer me to go back and talk about it but they haven't offered to fix this dissaster with no extra cost, which if they were real proffessionals they would do, but after keeping silent it trully demonstrates that they are not proffessionals and shouldn't advertise that way at all.

Based on this traumatic experience I will not be returning. They charged me £230 but lost me as a long-term customer, and I hope this review is useful for anyone in the future. Don not leave your hair in these people's hands, they will simply destroy it.

Additionally, I have warned the salon not to use any pictures of me hair taken during that day on their website or social media for publicity purposes or I will have to take legal actions.

I leave real pictures here of the before and after the dissaster so at least they cannot call me liar twice when they reply to this real review.

Definitely a dreadful and quite traumatic experience where as a customer I was totally ignored.

Courtney has done an absolute fabulous job on my hair, complete restyle, about 12 inches off. Fantastic. Had a rough idea of what I wanted but Courtney just got it and improved on what I had envisaged. Thank you

I have been visiting Innovation salon for 2 years now since I first moved to Stubbington. I have my roots retouched every 4 weeks & a cut every 8 weeks by Abby who is just amazing! I know that I can sit back & relax in Abby’s professional hands & my hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave. I look forward to my catch ups with Abby, she is always warm, friendly and professional as are all the staff at Innovation. I would highly recommend this amazing salon for hair and beauty treatments 😊
