I recently completed a build and the architecture was completed by Inside Out Your Space. I found the team very creative, professional and inspirational and the space that has been delivered is utterly incredible. It has received an amazing response from many people who often ask who did the architecture plans.

The space was originally a car port, an integral garage, a small kitchen, with tiny utility room and conservatory.
I now have a space that within my budget has maximised space, made the house much more desirable and most importantly given us a space that is a fantastic space for the family.

I would recommend this practice (and I already have - along with my build team) to others.

Genevieve at Inside Out Your Space has been brilliant in solving my kitchen issues. She worked out a solution for turning a large living space into a multi-purpose kitchen/ family room. She also created a space-saving design for a small kitchen to maximise storage, bringing in contemporary functionality while remaining sympathetic to the period aesthetic of the house, as well as helping to find the best outfit to facilitate the build and fit. Inside Out have proved an invaluable source of advice, both in terms of planning but also with build drawings, sourcing materials and suppliers. Efficient, responsive, impressive to work with and excellent appreciation of the Client's needs. Careful not to exceed the Client's expectation or understanding of charges. Highly recommended for the developer or the needs of the private individual requiring planning advice or assistance with an extension.

Terrible experience. Unresponsive, rude and upsetting to deal with. Inside Out Your Space did not complete my drawings to brief. They tend to employ the tactic of drawing and handing it over as if it is the finished product. Totally unresponsive and unengaging if a customer has feedback or identified deficiencies and shortcomings. They will invoice you for changes even if it was part of agreed scope or brief and will leave you to deal with any deficiencies in their drawings with your construction contractor. I would not recommend them to anyone.

This company provided me with a drawing that were half finished and they charge big fees for the smallest of changes. They do not listen, and when you try to contact them they are impossible to get hold of most of the time. I also found them to be rude and aggressive in the way they do business.
I had the misfortune of using this company as I believed the positive reviews which I would question if they’re genuine at all, and I notice if a customer leaves a negative review rather than learn from the criticism they say they have never heard of that person. A very peculiar way for a company conduct itself.
I appreciate these are Architect technologists so are not real Architects however I would have expected a certain level of professionalism from this firm, yet it seems to be run by incompetent and unprofessional staff.
The whole process dealing with this firm was so stressful, and I would urge anyone looking for Architectural services to please go elsewhere.

Avoid! First thing to know, they are not really Farnham based. Secondly, they are not real architects either but 'technologists'. Yes, we have had planning refused. Yes, that's annoying but indeed can happen.

It's more the lack of support along the way for a very young family just having moved, the mistakes in drawings (wrong measures etc.), the lack of pro-activity in dealing with the council (13 months it has taken, the majority outside of lockdowns) and the inability to listen to the clients needs that are at the heart of the issue.

When you want a good service, please do go to some of the amazing architects we have local to Farnham and help our local economy. Under this post you will see a myriad of excuses and push back, not being able to take any form of responsibility. There will be facts posted that are made up also to lay the blame firmly on the other side. It's really unfortunate that I had to write this as I tried to find an agreeable end to this but people ought to know. It's stressful and not conducive to a fruitful togetherness in this crazy world either. Thank you.
