Insight was fantastic before being taken over by Dye and Durham. Excellent customer service and support. A no nonsense product and sevice being delivered. Now they have unilaterally without any consultation and without regard to their client base hugely increased costs.

Have already spoken to the account manager and it is very much take it or leave it approach being demonstrated. Additional features are being thrown in for "free" which customers are not informed of, not told what these are and how they work and there is no opt out of them if they are not needed.

Insight is no longer recommended for small and medium sized businesses.

I have used Insight since setting up my own practice two years ago. It is reasonably priced and the support is excellent. It has helped us run as a paperless office and is very easy to use, far more so than other, more expensive systems I have used previously . There were some teething issues which have been addressed in software updates.

Probably the most straightforward user friendly case management system I have used. The support staff are professional and friendly and the training sessions we had with them during initial set up were to the point, clear and concise... no bombardment of unnecessary information which can sometimes be the case with training sessions. You can open a "help" page and search what you want to do, split screen on your PC and just read guide step by step, if you get stumped just email support and they are right on it. Very satisfied and happy to be using this system. Finally the boss got something right. 🙂

'Have used software for about 8 years and have found it logical and easy. Support team are responsive - although lately perhaps a bit less so than in the early days - a factor of them growing in size no doubt. Would like more flexibility on reports - especially to aid with PII applications - ability to work out top 20% of clients fees in a given period for example. In summary a great product backed by a great team.'

I find the software very easy to use, and absolutely fit for purpose.
Migration was easy! System is then really easy to use. The support team are second to none.

I like the accessibility and approachability of the Insight team and the way in which they really listen to their users and include requests and suggestions in the design. You feel as though you are getting a personal service from a team that cares - as well as a highly effective CMS. Excellent value all round.

I have been using Insight Legal software since 2018. It has solicitors accounts software implemented into the software. The software is very easy to use and user friendly. It is reasonably priced and the support is excellent. They don’t have a matter workflow for conveyancing matter, I’m sure they can implement a matter workflow shortly.
