Mark is the man to have around. Very professional and knowledgeable. Always finds solutions and always getting me out of trouble - even when I've created the problem. Very responsive - on my screen or visits. I recommend his services very highly. From ad hoc calls when I started but now on a yearly contract, which is better. You'll find Mark is a good - down to earth, very practical, a man who spells SERVICE in capital letters.

I cannot praise the service we have received highly enough.
Firstly a security check on a desktop PC - prompt service, then a thorough and reassuring check.
Secondly advice and purchase of a new laptop followed by set up. Excellent service with all questions answered with clarity, sound advice given with no unnecessary jargon.

I have found Mark to be absolutely brilliant when helping us out with various different IT-related issues. He's clearly very good at his job - we've always been very happy, and clearly many others are when you read the other excellent reviews. It's reassuring to know he is also trusted by larger organizations including the police.
I've always found Mark to be very thorough, and despite his busy schedule, he has never rushed conversations, taking time to clearly explain things. He's polite and professional and no matter the issue, I have always been made to feel a valued customer.
I'm careful not to rush in to leaving reviews just in case somebody has a bad experience but with Mark I can quite confidently say you will receive a 5-star level of service.

Mark did a fantastic job at recovering files off my laptop! I thought my laptop was completely written off and with the help of Insomnia IT the files were recovered quickly and with ease.

The files were then uploaded to cloud software so I could download them with ease onto my new laptop!

Mark has recently built us a new computer, he took the time to listen to how we use the PC, reviewed our existing model for speed etc then recommended a range of price options for us to choose from.
We chose a medium toward higher range price bracket which gives us speed as well as plenty of storage capacity, future proofing our new computer which will last longer than an “off the shelf” option bought in store.
Mark built the computer, fitted it in our home and transferred all our information across making it ready to use. He explained everything clearly and answered all our questions making the transition so easy for us.
We would recommend Mark for all your computer needs. He is professional, efficient and very patient answering any questions and addressing any concerns we may have.

Mark provides a first class service. Right from the point of contacting him, his response was prompt and professional. Mark not only recovered my data but also restored my computer in double quick time - picking up and bringing back my PC. Mark kept me in the loop about costs and progress throughout.
