I rang Dean with a problem with my computer. 'Bring it round now' he said. I explained the problem, Dean took it on board straight away - 'I like a challenge!' By next morning the problem had been diagnosed, corrected and I was back at work later that day. Dean even took the trouble to remotely show how I could avoid the problem in future. Outstanding service, worth all the awards.
