Interpro have provided Jackson & Green with IT support for many many years now, and we could not recommend them enough.

All the team are really friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Interpro have been superb at helping us with our servers and tech on site as well. We recently moved from an on-site server to remote desktop service, the migration was seamless, and has proved to be invaluable for ensuring our business can smoothly and to help optimize efficiency.

Interpro have provided IT support at Happy Hot Tubs since 2020 and I would highly recommend them. They successfully helped us migrate to Microsoft 365, and we were so impressed we moved our broadband and phones to them as well. Their staff are always friendly and helpful, and it's very easy to reach them on the phone for immediate assistance.

I had a problem with my email account and called interpro technology for help. I bought pay as you go hours.
They did get me up and running again, however after waiting 18hrs for all the messages to download from the server I was missing all my sent history. I called them again and they created a duplicate account telling me I had to access this account for archive information. I told them this wasn’t right and they said they could probably fix it when my slow internet connection was fixed.
In truth I had lost faith at this point so called an IT friend who I hadn’t spoke to for ages. He was able to fix the problem in just a few minutes and delete the archive account. He questioned why the emails were downloaded from the server when they were all stored in a back up folder.
A polite and helpful company and not. A bad experience. I felt they were lacking true expertise dealing with my issue hence 4 stars.
