GMP FirstEnergy used an expensive ERP for our day-to-day accounting requirements. Due to a corporate acquisition and issues with integration we decided to check alternatives. That is when we came across Sage Financials and ION. ION was the main reason why we decided to use Sage Financials, a cloud solution. ION has always been very professional and helped us as much as possible with the transition from the old ERP system to Sage. We had a tight timescale from project scope to implementation and the challenge of going live on 2nd January – luckily, Ben Morton and the rest of ION’s team were extremely accommodating, liaising with me throughout the entire Christmas period, making it possible to meet our deadline. All issues that arose after going live were addressed by Ben and the support team and escalated when necessary. I have been using Sage Financials with ION’s support package for nearly 1 year now and I can fully recommend their service.
