Be careful, they do not actively try to keep your support agreements in place and charge a 1.5x punitive rate when it drops. (you must be sure to pursue them it seems).

Shame really, the software is ok. All our other providers are hot on keeping in touch with their customers to maintain support / relationships and would certainly be willing to compromise on price to get us back on board. Especially when no calls were made to the customer at renewal time.

Oh well. We will take the oppprtunity to review competing offerings as there are others out there.

Very poor recruitment process.
For the interview, they ask you to set up your own lab to demonstrate their software, at your own expense and time.
