Had a high lvl account banned for no reason just a few days after purchasing 1 year membership, lol. Prior to that, maxed out f2p and tried 1 month of membership. They stated that I was cheating, which is false, and they dont provide any proof or support at all.

Absolutely terrible company. Compared to Blizzard, they're bottom of the barrel. I just stopped playing on a 20+ year old account because their crappy launcher blocks access every time I try to log in. I tried to file a ticket for it on their website, and I got ran in circles with no option for contacting a human for hours. I can't even find an email to ask about this issue. My assumption is they IP banned my VPN server in the US because someone botted on it, and now I have no way of playing their game without disabling a layer of my internet security and anonymity. I hate Jagex, I hate what they've become since the Gower brothers left, and Varlamore SUCKS. Go play World of Warcraft's new expansion, it's been 100x better to me than this piss poor company has been in 20 years of gaming.

Trash company with zero customer service for the people who are keeping this game alive. IRL friend had their account hacked and thrown onto a jagex account and after waiting days for someone to even read the email they are now trying to claim it’s not his account even though I watched him create it. Do better

There is some good people who work on this great game from my childhood and played since 2002. I still have my OG scythe and bunny ears.

Bans real players and has 50 cent army ready to bombard anyone that tries to reach for any kind of customer support. Dont bother unless you run a bot farm. Those dont get banned.

Absolutely horrendous experience trying to get a refund for memberships after my x2 accounts were wrongfully suspended. Tried to reach out so that we could sort the problem and the answer I received essentially read, “computer says no & leave us alone!”

Despite me having numerous pieces of evidence you are unable to contact jagex regarding such issues if your first appeal is denied. Long story short, Slopey shouldered, poorly ran IT service!!

Absolute toxic community rigged game atmosphere lots of cyber bullying,cheaters every square foot of osrs,decent customer service but most of its automated osrs and runescape 3 are nothing like runescape classic where the ge didnt exist and group minigames were actually fun instead of competitive

ive been playing this game for 20 years and im so unhappy right now....ive never been banned before but now im being targetted it seems first mod zee flags me for "real world trading" when i take back 70m from a 150m loan i gave my friend im scared to even take back the other 80m in fear of getting banned and then in the middle of the night early june when im sleeping they banned my account for botting or use of a 3rd party program they said and unbanned me before i even woke up i went to see the evidence and all it said unbelievably i wish i was making this up i just had to copy and post it """"OFFENCE EVIDENCE

but yet i was unbanned before i ever knew it happened ive been trying to contact jagex every way possible to no avail and it literally just looks like im the new target for these jmods and i truly dont know why like what have i done ive been paying you guys for almost 20 years and playing your game never been banned worst i did was use foul language yearsss ago i still want to know why i got banned? is it my 13000 general graardor kills at godwars dungeon? cause i still havent gotten the 1/5000 pet? i cant believe you guys are doing this to your loyal players and customers...and you dont care...ive never participated in real world trading or botting using programs or 3rd party whatever i have runelite and that is absolutely it IVE PUT TOO MUCH TIME AND MONEY INTO THIS GAME TO RISK IT and for what? 70m? or whatever that mod thinks i was botting logged off in my sleep? this is absurd.....
Update I'm now 15000 kills dry on bandos pet this game is bugged and just as broken as these mods that ban everyone for botting when they've never botted
