We were looking to upgrade our back office technology and having undertaken some initial research it became apparent that we needed support. We approached Jigsaw Tree for help and they have been invaluable. Initially understanding our requirements and then supporting the decision making process via assessment of possible new providers. Thereafter we have been fully supported through our new system implementation, helped us navigate data migration points and finally provided training and on-site support at launch. We have continued with support calls since launch, as and when required, and we’ve been very happy with their service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and anticipate future projects where they may be our first call.

Such a helpful company. Having installed a new back office system - Intelliflo - in June 2022 we wanted some face to face training to help us use more the of the system. Intelliflo only offer remote learning. Thankfully we found Jigsaw Tree Limited after a Google search. Jon Dunbar from the company has just been brilliant in showing us how to do things hands on rather than remotely. I would really recommend this company.
