Gave the wrong advice more than once
Juniper HR gave us the following advice:
1. You can proceed to an ill health dismissal if the employee has returned to work

2. You can proceed to ill-health dismissal if the employee has not received a written warning.

Both are incorrect and led us incorrectly down the wrong path. Juniper HR are refusing to accept that giving inaccurate advice is a breach of contract and are refusing to let us out of the third year of a 3 year contract. I have wasted time and money rectifying the situation they led us into and have had damage done to our Trust's reputation.

Such a rare find for a company of this size. You do get the feeling that they value you as a customer and want to help you provide the best websites you can.
I'm impressed with the continual innovations that keep them moving forward as providers and the support is matched by very few companies. As a Multi-Academy Trust, I cannot ask for more from the team. I have been contacted regularly by the account manager to see if I require any support and nothing has been too much to ask. I believe the pricing to be fair for the brilliant and intuitive CMS, which is ever evolving and for the support received. I like the way they ask you to add to the ideas group and many of these requests have come to fruition. A great looking company with a great team behind the name.

Beware- This company (which is the parent company of several educational companies offering products for schools including Target Tracker and Primarysite) is using very underhand tactics regarding its software renewals. On trying to cancel our Target tracker software we were told that they have now increases their notice period from 30 days to 90 days, however we were completely unaware of this as we hadn’t been informed of this and certainly hadn’t agreed to this change in t&cs. They are now demanding £1400 for a further year of software we don’t use. If you have Target Tracker software, give notice to terminate asap!

Useless company, ruined the education sector, bought out most of the software providers in the education sector using investors money, thinking they can make something great, delusional as they have done nothing but destroy every company they touch, and now the whole thing is a complete mess.
