After working with several Care Companies over the last 5 years, trying and failing to get good reliable care for my mother in law at home, we decided it was not worth the money and effort and so have moved her to a Care Home. I have recently been made aware of Just a Little Care Company who are looking after a friend’s mum. I must say his reports are refreshing and great to hear a Care Company can do it right. I wish I had known about them before we moved to the Care Home.

JLC have been caring for a family member for over two years now, and we can not fault their service. The carers have been fantastic - so friendly and polite - brightening up each day. Likewise, we have always found the management side friendly, helpful and understanding of any requirements or concerns we’ve had. JLC have taken a weight off our family’s shoulders knowing our family member is safe and being cared for by such wonderful people. Nothing has ever been too much trouble. The below comment does not at all sound like the just a little company our family know. The carers are absolutely outstanding at what they do for my nannan and I honestly would never be able to thank them enough.
We have had many other care providers prior to JLC and thank goodness it didn’t work out with them as we would have never come across JLC.
The healthcare professionals that have input with my nannan always say how well looked after she is by the team and finds them proffesional and easy to communicate with to give updates and advice.

Absolutely fantastic Care Company. Nothing is too much trouble nor has even been in the Care they have given to my father.

They go above and beyond expectation, including attending Derby Hospital to be independently trained and authorised by them on procedures necessary to my father’s dialysis care.

I cannot imagine having anybody else taking care of my father with such commitment, sympathy, professionalism and empathy.

They are supportive not only of my father, but also to us as an entire family. Our praise is clearly absolute, our wish to retain them is unquestionable, as they receive our whole recommendation.

Absolutely 1st class care providers.
They have only be looking after my mum&dad (85&88) for the past couple of weeks.
Nothing is too much trouble for them. All carers are very professional and really nice people. Always very polite, always making ready with a joke and a jibber jabber with mum and dad
Ben ( operations manager) goes above and beyond his duties to make sure mum and dad are happy.
