We use Hostpresto for our email hosting.

Have had nothing but issues with their services since we joined them several years ago. We're regularly logged out of our email accounts for no reason, they blame this on the wrong credentials being entered but we use outlook where our credentials are stored and they don't need to be re-entered again. They block our offices IP address at least once a month and say we've entered the wrong credentials, but the credentials haven't changed!
Emails often take a long time to come though (or don't come through at all if using a tablet/ phone) and their is no 2FA!

Their customer service is shocking and if often takes hours to get a hold of someone as their phone lines don't work. Live chat doesn't working and when you do eventually get a hold of someone they make excuses as to why the services/ products they offer don't work properly.

Stay well clear of this company as the products/ services they offer are not worth the stress and their customer service is non-existent.

HostPresto are the most incompetent web host I have ever experienced. After a recent break up. Nick from hostpresto allowed access to my account without the correct password or email. He then allowed the person to remove a domain from my account this is his reply when challenged 

“ Hi Damian,

The person who updated the details had all the relevant security information for the account including the contact name, postal address, email address and last 4 digits of a card number on the account, they also provided evidence from their own bank account showing the payments made to us for said account. Unfortunately we cannot get involved in domestic disputes of this nature we can only following our process for resetting account details without access to the email address on the account and they were able to provide all the security information we required.

also part of an email sent to me by the ex partner “ I explained this to admin at hostPresto and when they saw that my card details matched, they granted me access and changed the login details to my email address. “

I am now going to take legal action against hostpresto 

I am sure everyone is aware of the countless laws broken here

Serviced offices here are amazing and a lot of fun, my staff love it. There is a Basketball court, a Pool Table and Table tennis to keep them occupied, and the staff are really friendly and the building facilities are the best serviced offices we have ever been in. I would highly recommend JDI for office space.
