Out of the four agencies I have signed up for and been offered employment...only kenect burton have come good for me. I really don't understand how come this agency have 4 star review I worked from them only one week and the way I've been let go it just so so bad:
Hi Ilona,
We had messaged you on Monday that you had been let go from John Pye unfortunately, please do not return ?
That smile and then it's an actual email from the agency in Burton on Trend,
And after this I'm already for free weeks trying to make them pay for my 40 hours of very hard work on half of my emails they not even answering they just ignoring me maybe anybody have any advice what can I do about that!!! KENECT you have to pick up your standards and you have to choose people who work for you better or give them a better training how to communicate with people!!!!

Kenect were my first experience with an employment agency, and after taking a career leave to care for my daughter I didn’t know where to start when the time came to start looking for work. Both Sophie and Millie took the pressure off me, by arranging interviews for positions that both I and them felt fit my needs, both in the sense of career direction, and physical needs as a registered disabled person. I have since been offered a position within an amazing company, and the whole process from first visit to their office, to first day of employment was very smooth and pressure free. Absolutely recommend them all, as they are the polar opposite of the stereotype set by more traditional agencies that just see you as a number.

Avoid At All Costs!
Was robbed 16.5 hours from my payslip. Took 3 weeks to get a weeks wage paid only for it to be short £192. Constant phone calls back and forth in an attempt to ammend this issue with the end result leaving me out of pocket. Would advise anyone thinking of joining to look for alternative options above this one.

Worst recruitment agency in Burton.
Rang them for over two months to be placed on a waiting list whilst they kept uploading urgently needed job roles.When you ring them they say they don't have dates yet.Some of the people working there are really rude, a female picked up the phone when I told her a job add had been posted six hours ago she said it was all filled up, after first denying of one even being posted. Then she started arguing in which I had to disconnect the phone as I had better things to do than argue.
No professionalism whatsoever. It's like they hire anyone and everyone to work on recruitment despite them having no etiquette, manners or experience. Go to other agencies in Burton instead unless you want to waste a couple of months of your life with Kennect.

Applied for a job with kenect recruitment had a phone call off Sophie telling me about a job starting immediately, asked if I was able to come down and bring all my documents so they could put me on their system.

When I got to kenect I was greeted by Millie who took my documents, was very informative on the job I was going in for and what was needed workware wise, if I had any problems to give them a call.

They are a very good agency to work with as you have a direct line through to them via WhatsApp and they respond pretty quick when you ask a question to them about pay, holiday etc.

When the bank holidays come around they will message you asking if you want it paid (use a holiday) or unpaid.

Out of all the agencies in burton I recommend kenect recruitment over every other agency.
