We recently found ourselves in a situation where we were unable to get a response from a customer regarding an outstanding invoice, which was both frustrating and unusual for us. I used the International Proccess Servers to serve divorce papers to someone in Zimbabwe and the process has been an absolute pain, with them not providing updates and their being numerous unnecessary delays.
From when payment was made, to when they finally confirmed that the documents were served it took 6 weeks and I had to chase them up several times as they did not even know if the documents had been served.
Even more than 1 week after this, they still haven't provided the statement of service or offered apologies for the delays

I have been waiting for over a year for them to serve my ex. they have not done this, nor have they given me a refund. I have sent ALL the paperwork. This is for divorce and child custody. I get told they serve him and they say "we have sent it in the mail" and then I never get it. It has been over a YEAR. like a year and 2 months. It needs to be notarized and they say they do that but i also never receive that. The first time i got anything back, it didn't have an address of where my ex was served and it wasn't even signed with who did it.
