Disgusting how they treat the staff
Very un orginised
Me and my partner Had a 4 day event booked in for over 3 months
Then after the first day they cancelled over 30 workers on all the other days which led us to a massive loss of money and a ruined weekend.
Key recruitment were nothing but rude, ungrateful and unprofessional.
Goodwood festival of speed 2024

On the Sunday morning they then called asking if we could return as they have had a shortage of staff after sending everyone home. Pathetic

Great agency to work for! Very polite, friendly, and honestly seemed to have my best interests at heart. Compared to other agencies Ive worked for they were amazing, also very understanding of some rough circumstances stopping me from working some shifts at the beginning.
There should be more agencies like this!

Key Recruitment were an outstanding recruitment company to work for.
They kept me in work every single day I was on their books. And Russell went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs and requests.

The only reason for leaving them is due to being offered a permanent full time position with the company I was placed at.
