One look at the interface should tell you all you need to know about this system.
Outdated and complicated. Basically a legacy system.
They may be working on improving the interface but the processes you need to learn to operate the system are about as far from intuitive as you can get. It’s a system built by tech people for tech people. At the very back of their mind was the end user.
It's expensive and despite their best efforts in training is challenging to pick up and use.
Support is generally reasonable but you’ve got to feel it for them working with this clunky bit of kit.
There are far better options out there, save yourself the hassle.
The most expensive mistake we’ve ever made.

This is by far the worst company to deal with. They are extremely quick at raising their invoices and collecting your payments in advance. They are extremely good at having lite plans and eventually withdrawing the plan and automatically putting you on a standard plan which costs significantly more. When you raise this issue with them, they claim to have notified us of this change via email which was never received. When requesting for a review of the case and refund, they say it is not possible since they claim to have emailed us of this change.

Totally unacceptable service and I would never recommend this software to anyone in the market. There are much better options out there, who would value a customer and business.

'Could' be an acceptable and adequate system but not scalable in my opinion without significant further investment from us and Khaos Control would need to spend less time treating symptoms and more time treating the root cause of the problems to achieve an improved and stable system.

Certainly Mis-sold on numerous features by the sales staff which has made the relationship between the 2 companies unattainable as we are both under different perceptions. Response from Khaos control lacks any empathy and is simple minded in most instances.

Support is not included in the license agreement contrary to what we were told by the sales staff and even the simplest of changes will cost you 3 hours at £66/hr.

Program becomes unresponsive at many different stages and they simply blame us, our server, our hardware which it is not. As I have said above, they spend all their time treating the symptoms, not the root cause of the problems and request unprecedented remote access to our server and system to continuously put out the fires!

The simplest of processes fail to work on a day to day basis meaning we have to babysit the system.

They expect you to adapt to their system which we fully embraced however is not always an option and with their processes, it would make us as a company less efficient and less streamlined. Again, we were told otherwise by the sales staff.

Working components critical to us going live were not ready even 3 months after us going live and resulted in costly and time consuming workarounds having to be put in place and followed by us.

Finally, they are adamant we are at fault for all issues and certain staff are very defensive of their system and will happily spend more time trying to prove it is not their system at fault, then actually attending to an issue.

I will happily speak to anyone that would like to know more about our experiences.

We have used Khaos Control Cloud for a year and could not work without it now. It helps us maintain an accurate stock level, process orders and the in built accounts is especially good. We have tried other systems before and they were too complicated for us as we are a fairly small business. Khaos Control Cloud is very easy to use and the trainers spoke to us in a way where we could understand how to set the system up. When we have encountered issues, which is rarely, the support team have responded quickly and provided solution straight away. I regularly suggest that my business associates use Khaos Control Cloud to manage their online business.

Brilliant, simply brilliant. Help is always on hand and the staff are always friendly. The layout of Khaos cloud is a doddle to follow and after a few hours learning you really can sink your teeth into stock management and control. The integration that is available in this system is honestly making life so much easier. We are a company that operates sometimes over 4 different sites and all 4 can be handled via Khaos Control Cloud 🙂

Do not use this company. After months of one problem after another we ran into an issue where they made a change in the system resulting in us getting hundreds of pounds of overcharges from our courier, and they will do nothing about it. The most dishonest company I have ever dealt with.

UPDATE: As you can see in the response from KCC, still absolving themselves of any responsibility. After trying to arrange a discussion with Mike the owner, he never contacted me as he promised, and was more concerned that I had posted this review 'smearing his reputation' than trying to solve the issue. So there you have it, a company more concerned about the appearance than the reality. He tried to blackmail me into removing the review by offering me a credit worth £25!

How Mike thought I would ever want to continue a relationship with his company after he personally attacked me on email, then offered me a £25 credit after their mistake cost me over £850, I do not know. Make your own judgement, but I would avoid these con artists at all costs.

Well where can i start!!! Firstly which I would love if I could give them 0 stars.
I have to say this was probably the most horrendous experience I have had with another company, if I was to go on with all the issues with their software I’m sure it would turn in to a essay. I will note the main points just so future customers do not get sucked in to their sales talk which promises to deliver the world but in fact don’t even deliver the bare minimums!!
the simplest things the capabilities you expect khaos control software to offer they don’t, we are a multi channel business and the way the 'salesman' explained it was completely different to how it actually is, first of all the software cost 30k which we are out of pocket we decided to call it a day after trying to make the software work for us for over two years, the amount of man hours we spent trying to use the system and link all our items and various other things khaos control required. As part of our system we sell on Amazon and eBay, now the whole point of a integrated system is to do pull the order all the way up till sending the tracking number to the customer, Khaos control manually you have to take each order through a process just to get it shipped out and the worst thing about it if you are using royal mail as a carrier they can’t even send the tracking number directly to the customer!! what kind of nonsense and when we bought this up with khaos team ( would rather not name our project manager, even though our project manager who was given to us he was a trainee so he didn’t really even know the system after us paying 30 k great on you khaos) anyways back to topic as soon as you raise a issue as the above they reply and say pay for development fee like come on for something that is so simple and you don’t have it implemented why is the customer expected to pay... anyways moving on it took us around 3 months to just to integrate our couriers and we had a trial run to see how it works and our trainee 'project manager' could not even get that to work on one of our smaller channels so we tried it on our of our small channels with not much orders just to see how it works and pulls through the orders we tried for two days and it was a nightmare and it didn’t pull through or work as promised, also when we was sold the system the sales person sold it as the most user friendly system which it is far from, anyways another huge problem Amazon rolled out sell fulfilled prime last year we only enrolled in SFP towards the latter part of the year and we asked khaos to please add Amazon logistics to our couriers, they told us that they do not support SFP and this after 6-9 months after Amazon have rolled it out and we would once again have to pay for development fee, how could you not offer that service if you are one of the main players in the market. Basically in the end we got so fed up we called it a day and joined up with linnworks and it was a blessing in disguise it took us just over 4 weeks from signing up to get all our inventory and linking done and live and for us to start pulling a order, now at the click of a button the order is processed, printed and all tracking details and notices gone back to customer with that click, it’s been 3 months with linnworks and it has been pleasant without any hiccups. it’s also only a tiny cost compared to anything with khaos, to be honest they really do mis-sell their system. Please do not go with this company it will be a nightmare and company’s already using it are either still with them because they have paid so much for the software and surely have paid extra stuff for khaos to develop for stuff which they should already have. if anyone else would like more information about this company i have loads to say but please don’t use them!!
