There are givers and takers in this world, Jason King is a genuine giver… we had some special requirements with regards to health issues and Jason/Suzanne went above and beyond to accommodate our requirements, they couldn’t have been more generous and kind. We are very grateful.

We found this company unusually professional and efficient with excellent customer service. Throughout the whole process they listened to us exceptionally well and paid great attention to detail, they were very easy to communicate with.

As a result we have ended up with exactly what we wanted, at a reasonable price and without having to wait too long. VERY HAPPY customers!

Jason and his team have transformed old and very chilly conservatory to a warm and welcoming extension of our kitchen, with a solid warm roof. We are delighted with the result which looks great inside and out.
Unlike other companies we had approached, Jason did not shy away from addresing the planning requirements and made the required application on our behalf which was approved very quickly and seamlessly from our perspective.
We were kept informed at every step of the way and the work was carried out professionally and within budget. In addition, great care was taken to preserve the original flooring which we very much appreciated given that it added to the complexity of the job.

We recently had King Limited install a new personal door to the side of our garage and also fit new fascia and guttering to the front of our house. In fairness Jason was good at getting the niggles we had with the door sorted, however the downpipe they installed was a disaster the first downpipe was scratched up and looked awful (pics attached) I could hear them trying to remove the scratches as they were installing it but as it was a plastic pipe they had no joy and left. I pointed this out to Jason on his return and he agreed they shouldn't of fit it. A few days later I came home to another downpipe dropped off on my driveway for Jason to install brilliant I thought, Jason explained he would need to use my ladder which I didn't have a problem with and up the pipe went. The clips now don't hold the pipe snug to the wall and this morning rain was dripping from were the pipe enters the fitting and running down the outside of the pipe. The poorly fitted pipe bracket at the bottom of the pipe has a self tapper screw fitted to stop the pipe from slipping clearly this hasn't worked as the bracket has now misshapen. I am happy with the rest of the job the garage door is a good solid unit and the fascia is a really good match, its just such a shame about the bodged downpipe, a small part of the job that I feel was rushed.

We chose King Ltd after much research into Orangery builders. We opted to go for the small local builder rather than one of the big boys, after meeting with Jason on sight. He gave us confidence and only used reputable tradesmen known to him that would do a good job. He ran with my design and enhanced it into a garden room we are immensely happy with. The build started in February and we had some bad weather which put the completion date back a little. Jason introduced us to his ground worker who landscaped the small garden for us.
The quality of craftsmanship from King Ltd was first class and the communication between Jason, Suzanne and myself was easy.
I can thoroughly recommend King Ltd for any similar project.

I cannot recommend this Company enough, we had a front door fitted and from the start we had so much help from choosing which door and what colour! They were so helpful, the fitting of the door went very well and we are so pleased with it! Jason King and his staff are very professional down to earth people and could not have been more helpful, Jason himself participated in fitting the door and it was a pleasure doing Business with him.
