I had a very positive experience with LambdaTek and the cage fits my car and my dog perfectly 😊. I previously owned the large, double Variocage; however it didn’t fit when I changed my car. They are excellent, well made, crash tested cages and I feel that my dog is safe when riding in it. They are also the most ventilated out of all the crash tested cages. Thoroughly recommend.

One parcel arrived poorly packaged, the other one ripped in transit. Both seem okay in the end so didn't complain, but does not inspire confidence. I get an email from LambdaTek asking for me to leave a review or let them know if any issues. I let them know (including photos), but no response so I guess they want the review after all.

ETA response: I did email you at [email protected] on 19 April including the order reference and you have yet to respond expect to this review.

We use LambdaTek from time to time. It was good to find out they stocked the part we were after. Not the cheapest though, but its availability in general diminished greatly, so it was important that the part was ready to be shipped.
This transaction was handled super quickly compared to previous ones we had with them and basically the part we ordered on Friday was with us on Monday via Fedex.
So far so good.

The dog guard itself is of a very good quality and well thought out,in itself a 5 star product.However a couple of issues arose either by the poor packaging, or damage caused by the packaging.Uncertain wether the packaging was insufficient by the manufacturer,as the contents were heavy or mishandled by the supplier or courier.Either way ,it was insufficient and not up to the job.One of the mounting lugs had been misaligned and had to be rectified before assembly,which may also affected the latch mechanism which fortunately just needed realignment.Packaging was pointing out to the supplier on receipt, again fortunately, non of the contents which were loose in the box.Fortunately I was able correct the faults myself saving the inconvenience of dissembling and having the hassle of either trying to return or wait for replacement parts.Hence only 3 stars.

Had to chase up to get update on delivery after 2 weeks of nothing

Boxes for items arrived damaged, including internal packaging. Not sure if it was used or just open box but was sold as new.

I ordered a Samsung fridge freezer part because it was cheapest and i've used them in the past although there was a 2/3 week delay which was in the description on the website, so that was no problem. The part arrived damaged as it was not well packaged, probably by their supplier before being sent to me. I phoned the company and the chap who helped was very good and professional so he ordered a replacement part which arrived undamaged so all good. They handled the problem really well and i will definitley use them again.

2 stars because my order wasn't accurate, otherwise there's not exactly anything wrong with their services. Delivery took 1 week, which is alright I guess, could be better.

I would give an A+ for customer engagement, but I was misinformed about the nature of the product. I was told that the keyboard I was ordering would be a QWERTY UK layout, even after I specifically emailed (no response btw) and called about it. The product was listed as 'GB/FR' so I asked to make sure it was definitely the UK layout, and not the French one. They said it would be UK.

Spoiler alert, it wasn't.
