I am a Landlord who has suffered with a number of previous bad tenants who have completely destroyed the property to a tenant who would not leave. I made contact with Landlord Assist, Stephen Parry, regarding the eviction/possession process required to remove a tenant. I live abroad and not in the UK. I tried to complete the process and found the system not to be an easy one to understand especially being outside the UK. Stephen took on the issues, completed all the documentation and filed for the possession order. All the stress and strain of doing the application was taken away. By employing Landlord Assist I was also given access to legal support. The possession order was successful but the tenant failed to leave. Landlord Assist again advised me of the actions to take and made further application to the court for a warrant and bailiff assistance. Fortunately the tenant left before this was required. The only complication I experienced was the wrong date being given to me that the tenant had to leave I.E. I was told the 18 but the possession order stated the tenant had to leave on the 7. I believe this was an unfortunate mistake by Landlord Assist. If I had any further issues with a tenant I would employ Landlord Assist again. Thank you Stephen for all your help.
