James was very helpful, he saved and fixed my hard-drive which has all of my university masters work on. I was told it could take up to 3 days however he did it same day and I collected just before they closed.

Quote was cheap and I was thrilled with the result, all of my work and documents were on the new drive I was given.

Had a battery replacement done on a 2017 MacBook Air. Other companies wanted to send off the laptop for a week maybe 2 for this, not this store. Completed the turnaround in 4 hours and faultless. Gave my laptop a second life

My 8 year old iMac had got very slow. They replaced the spinning hard drive for a solid state one for £139 and now the computer is lightening fast. Very good, quick service and sensible price

I took my iPhone 6 in for a screen replacement. I was really impressed with the prompt service and friendly services. Sadly when I returned home, I discovered the home button didn't work continuously and the ID finger print recognition no longer worked. I cannot even add/save a new finger print.
I contact laptop works and they where very apologetic and happy to rectify the issue. I will be taking it in to be laptop work Saturday to have the issue fixed.

My laptop had a cracked hinge and dust issues, so I took it in to get both looked at.
After holding my computer for a week and a half, trying to fit the wrong parts into it, they finally gave my laptop back, a lot worse off than before. Despite being shown that closing the case would increase the damage, they had closed the laptop repeatedly during the process.
When I asked them if they had at least cleaned the dust from the device, they claimed to 'only do that on request' and expressed confusion when told that the service had, indeed, been specifically requested.

Edit: I've also heard they've lost lost track of my customer records, including my complaint.
