As mentioned in another review, this company does not appear very trustworthy. They never deleted my personal information despite my request and I received a phishing email from one of their staff as that email address has been hacked. I had to contact ICO and complain to them because of that. Hopefully ICO reached them out and addressed the issue as they promised when my case has been closed.

The Legalesign portal is very intuitive and easy to use and the customer support upon first setup was fantastic.
I predominantly use the Bulk Send function which allows for multiple forms to be generated and sent out to signees in one go. This has saved a lot of time.

I use Legalesign for my consultant agreements. Moving from paper or other platforms has helped me keep tabs that agreements have actually been signed and safely stored. I particularly like the automatic nudge function to remind someone to sign. I have tried many other platforms which I have always found very hard to navigate. Legalesign is much more user friendly but what makes them really stand out is the phenomenal and speedy support.
