Stairlift fitted for my mum. My parents were highly delighted with the service from start to finish. No pushy sales talk, just honest advice. They did not feel under any pressure to place an order at any point and commented how lovely the two people from the company were who came to measure up. Fitted within a few days of ordering, no long wait. Would recommend.
Slight problem with the seat belt on the chair 6 months after purchase. Mum called on a Sunday and spoke to a gentleman called Chris. Within an hour, Lee arrived at mum and dad's and sorted the issue in a few minutes. Excellent service and again, highly recommended. Thank you.

Leodis stairlifts Chesterfield are an absolutely excellent company, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were the first company out of 5 that I phoned to give me a free quote. They booked me in at a date and time that suited me, and their communication was brilliant.
The fitter who came to install my lift was really professional, polite, and friendly.
"Dan, the stairlift man' is a real credit to the company and gets 5 stars from me.
He was clean and tidy and spent plenty of time demonstrating the lift and making sure I was happy. I can't rate this company highly enough. Definitely choose them.

From start to finish the experience was very helpful, no pressure to buy, explained in easy to understand words how the lift would be fixed even though with our stairs it would be a tight fit, lift fitted 27th April in about 2-3hours all work very neat and clean with no mess and a very pleasant fitter, I can highly recommend this firm this has made my life so much easier and safer 🥰
