The people that work here are friendly and highly professional. I came here as my Asus laptop screen had stopped working and they fixed it fully for a very fair price. The staff were very knowledgeable and they fully restored my laptop. I will definitely come to them for any future laptop/phone issues.

professional service , problem with transition from old computer to new . kept me informed all the time . was able to purchase refurbished unit at reasonable price and Lincs installed windows 11. I tried to get my laptop fixed at Currys but they wanted £50 just to send it away before quoting for the repair. So I took it to Linc IT in Gainsborough and less than 24 hours later it was fixed, and all for the princely sum of £20!

Excellent service and I'm happy to give them my business whenever the need arises.

I Approached Linc IT to build me a Desktop Computer that would be capable of running a few programs I would need too do be able too efficiently work in my current position. the only particular with this. it had to look like a gaming pc. WELL. Did they deliver? Absolutely! everything I needed it for runs as smooth as butter with no issues and it looks amazing! thanks so much too Matt and the team for leasing with me from start too finish of this quirky little project. The team are patient, polite and respectful. With regular communication in easy-to-understand language. Everything you could ever want or need with that real "family-run" feeling. you walk in there feeling like you have known them your entire life. would recommend this place to anyone! fantastic service guys. Very reliable and do an amazing job! Quick to reply and help with any technical problems or purchases, We have had two desktop pcs built, (one gaming and one work) both have been superbly done and any help we have needed with them has been given! We have bought multiple laptops and a printer over the years, all of which we can call anytime about to get help with should we need it! The most recent item we have purchased has been a gaming pc, (Matthew is incredibly helpful and definitely knows his stuff, he has always discussed our requirements and suggested alternatives if better suited) the result was amazing with a very powerful full RGB build being done in only a few days!
