Sasha and her team have been amazing at helping us on our renovation project. They took the time to really understand our brief and to know exactly what we wanted to get from our home. They came up with great ways to solve all our problems to create a fantastic workable family space with plenty of storage! Sasha Edmonds has provided us with an excellent service as our architect in a complicated rebuild/renovation process to bring an old fashioned mid C20th bungalow into the C21st. With her help, we now have a stunning, comfortable, and environmentally conscious dwelling which makes use of all available space. We are proud of the way we have been enabled to retain a lot of the embodied carbon of the original property without compromising the contemporary and dramatic end result. Sasha's commitment to contract management has been impressive and when our energy has flagged in the face of issues which projects like this inevitably throw up, Sasha has seemed never to be daunted.

The first thing I noticed about Sasha is that she listens hard - she wants to fully appreciate her clients ideas , requirements and aspirations . She does not suggest a generic style that sometimes happens but incorporates your wishes into the build .Her designs are well considered and appropriate to the style of property being renovated. She gently guides the client where necessary and has innovative ideas . I would highly recommended this firm to anyone seeking work in the Norfolk area .

Superb company to work with. Providing all professional architectural services with a personal approach. We received fabulous support from Liv Architects on our large renovation project, dealing with all aspects and branches of people involved. We are currently renovating a grade || listed barn and the knowledge and experience that Sasha provided was above and beyond. She really supported us in the understanding of technical jargon as well as talking and taking us step by step through all the planning and construction detail (which she was very thorough to ensure we got the best in materials and finish). Liv architects has really captured all we could ever want from our home, it’s sophisticated, innovative and smart much like Liv architects themselves, we will be using them for all future projects.
