I am an old avakin user, I was very surprised when I saw that there was no option to login using Facebook, my account was lost because there was no option, what should I do to log back into my account, I am very sad and disappointed about this policy, not only me but many other players complain about the same thing, it makes me and my friends unable to play this game anymore, please provide a solution so I can log back into my account.
My suggestion, you should immediately reverse the option to log in using a Facebook account, I think that will make Avakin busy again like before.

All fine for years on level 42 spent years in the game also spent real money then you totally lock me out of my account. I've been trying to get through to anyone but there is zero help with this. It's not fair. I've had no response from anyone at avakin or Lockwood I ts unacceptable and I'm not the only one it seems this has happened to!!!

My account was suspended for no reason people are jealous I'm on high level so they report for no reason I spent alot of real money on this account I bought vip golden bage for every month and silver also I bought crowns I bought golden apron so much times please I beg give my account back I never do such things my heart is broken for avakin life more than 2 years I spent here using data I bought every month for 500rands just to play avakin and for this to happen I'm pleading to give my account back😭😭

My account got banned for no reason.. You guys take false reports also under consideration? I spent real money on my account and I collected many rare items.. I’ve been a loyal player of Lockwood’s Avakin Life for over a year now, been enjoying it up until now. This company is suspending and banning loyal players over little to no reasons at all, turning sour very quickly.
I only play this game to hang out with friends that I’ve made during my time here. Over the past few months my friends have been disappearing, as a result of petty excuses to ban their accounts.
This game needs to support its loyal players, the ones who invest in their game.

Edit: i, myself have been suspended. For little to no reason at all.
Tried to dispute my suspension, had no response what so ever from the customer service. Waiting a month now. Don’t waste money on this game.

Really gone downhill. I havent visited this game in months but when I come back the ATM ratio sucks, the prices for objects go higher, you can only get 1k exp each workplace instead of 2k, the new events aren't that interesting, lack of creativity, the prizes are either horrible or okay (mostly horrible), many good players are quitting, and support? None.
I miss the old days of Avakin.
The only thing that's keeping me to stay is the good graphics, houses & furniture & customization stuff I want to buy, and my friends. But even most of my friends never go online so when the other two are fulfilled, I might quit. Please just visit the reddit or respond to people's messages for once. We know you need money but this is too much. Keep going and you'll lose players. And less players means less money.

I hope to see an improvement but for now...I dont even know.

I've been seeing a lot of people getting suspended, being left for 2 months without any response and suddenly on the same day getting emails saying that they were banned. They weren't given any kind of proof for why they were banned so no chance to dispute whatever proof was used against them. There's no way for them to contact a real live person so they're left to begging on community forums where all they receive is a canned response of, "sorry can't help you, contact customer support", the same customer support that didn't respond to them for 2 months. These people have spent $100's maybe even $1000's on this game they deserve to see the evidence used against them, they deserve a real company representative to speak to, they deserve better treatment. This company has HORRIBLE customer service, there is an overall lack of communication with players. They say they care but actions speak louder than words and when players are ignored, banned from their forums when they bring up subjects they don't like to discuss, that says to me that they don't care.

If you can play this game without investing money or creating relationships that you don't care about losing then go ahead and enjoy otherwise don't even bother downloading because at some point they can ban you and you'll lose everything.

I think there should be some legal action players can take because costumers shouldn't be treated this way.
