I had a few problems with my laptop (running out of space and On/off button not working). I called Kingsley on Monday and he agreed to meet that morning. He sorted some issues immediately but we agreed he would carry out repairs over the next 48 hours. He did as he promised and it feels like I've got a new laptop. I was impressed with his technical knowledge and speed of response. Very happy to recommend.

I brought my PS5 to LogyTech after I had begun to have issues with the console (overheating & switching off). I decided to come to LogyTech after reading all the reviews about the quality of the service, and I was impressed by the experience.

The PS5 was accepted and within 2 hours repaired. Furthermore, the after care was great, I was provided with advice on how to maintain my console, and they checked up with me to later on to ensure the console was effectively repaired.

Overall, it was a great experience, the advice and care LogyTech provided is what all repair services should aim for. I really recommend this service to anyone who has any issues with their technology as they also repair phones and computers.

I can't speak highly enough of Kingsley. Our PS5 hadn't worked for years. Other repair shops had told me it was irreparable. From the outset, Kingsley was professional, clear and helpful. He explained possible problems, diagnosed it as agreed and repaired the PS5 to the agreed price and timescale. First class service

I brought my gaming computer to LogyTech when i was having a issues with it. This included switching off randomly, not loading up correctly, refusing to access certain programmes. The whole situation was very stressful for me as i needed it for work as well as gaming.

I saw that LogyTech was close by and after reading all the reviews about the quality of the service. I made contact with them and asked for their help/guidence and they didnt disappoint me!

They spoke to me face to face, gave me advice about what parts to buy for the computer to repair it and was accepted immediately once the parts were delivered. They told me it would take a day to install the parts, run a full health sevice for the computer and fix any other issues that come up. They did it in less then half a day!

Furthermore, the after care was amazing; They showed me with a quick demonstration on how well it was performing now, advice on how to maintain my computer, and stated that if there were issues to bring it back immediately and they will sort it.

I cant tell you how thankful i am for the whole situation; such a quick and stress free experience, the advice and care LogyTech provided was top notch and the computer is running better then its ever been.

When the time comes to update my computer or have any furture repairs, they will certainly be getting my business again. Highly recommend them
