This boutique-style camera shop located in the centre of Hereford seem to have an interesting selection of second-hand/pre-owned items that are (in my personal opinion) somewhat hard-to-find items from cameras, lenses, binoculars to camera bags/camera lens cases and various other accessories.

And the prices at this branch of the London Camera Exchange seem to be reasonable.

I couldn't find the lens I was after second hand anywhere else but was in stock at Hereford.
It was a good price and free p&p.
I ordered it on new years eve and knew they would be off new years day.
They processed the order on the 2nd and it was with me at 10.30am on the 3rd. Well packaged and in as new condition.

Great shop with excellent customer service. I took some cameras of my Daughters to sell. They looked through them and created detailed paperwork. I have left them there to be considered. They will email me when they have a reached a valuation. Very friendly to me and to all of the customers that came in. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Needed a camera assessed for possible repair. Dreadful attitude by staff. Condescending and belittling. Very keen to point out what I had done wrong (even though I hadn't) Have used this shop on numerous occasions due to lack of alternative - always swore not to return, but did, and nothing has changed.

My daughter wanted a camera with specific requirements. The young gentleman was excellent in recommending two cameras, of which one had an extra feature of a pull out viewscreen. This was, in fact, the cheaper model but after further discussions (and with him kindly checking on the internet to confirm its spec), my daughter bought it.

Popped in today to ask for 3 x photocopies of a scan picture for my relatives. After speaking with the assistant I told him that I wanted the copies exactly like the picture (i.e. same size, etc). I was told that the smallest version they do is a 6 x 4 so there will be some white space, but I assured him that's okay as I wanted to write on the bottom of the pictures anyway. What I received back was three blown up scan photos which missed parts of the edges and no white space for me to write on. Completely unusable. £4.40 wasted! Heading to another place in the morning to hopefully get what I asked for!

I went there as I needed passport photos for my application and they advertised so. The younger guy who does the photos was irritable from the start when I had to request to adhere to the photo specifications for the fear of them being rejected. It seemed all through he was not interested in doing the small job. He didn’t give me a few seconds to compose myself for the shot. He carelessly showed me the mirror on the cieling to set my hair. He got even more annoyed when I mentioned I needed paper copies as well as digital and he lost his cool when I requested extra copies ! Unfortunately the company had asked for professionally taken photos rather than the kiosk ones for whatever reason.
My advise is please don’t advertise a job if its too small for your dignity and comfort.

Condescending young man answered the phone and spoke as if I should know exactly what was offered. I guess he must have been on an efficiency course! My instinct now is to go elsewhere where I won't be patronised and perhaps someone might LISTEN to what I require.
