Absolutely thrilled with Mac Genie, saved me from a broken hard drive and recovered all the data for me as well as fixing a broken phone… all over a weekend too! Helpful and knowledgeable with everything and explained everything simply enough so I could understand and feel reassured during the process. Thanks Theo!

Contacted Mac Genie to have batteries replaced in our two iPhones. Very prompt email response and the phones were booked in for the same week. I dropped off the phones and was immediately impressed with the set up and pleasantness of Theo. I returned a couple of hours later and the phones were ready to go. The service and material costs far outweighed the costs of new phones and with the warranty provided, will keep us going for a long time. Overall I've been very impressed and will highly recommend to anyone looking for assistance with their Apple products.

I recently had a serious problem with my laptop and a good friend recommended I should go see Theo at Mac Genie as he had used him and found him to be outstanding. So broken laptop under arm I walked round to see Theo, I was immediately impressed as the business has no kerb appeal, but the moment you walk through the door you are in a very smart office and immediately greeted by Theo.
After only a few minutes I was extremely impressed by Theo's approach and obvious depth of knowledge, he never once tried selling me any concept or product but rather gave me sound advice and time to consider my best option!!
2 days later I picked up my laptop and a satisfactory invoice, whilst I am somewhat of a technical dinosaur my wife has just about every Apple i product going and based on my experience with Theo we will now use Mac Genie exclusively for all our Apple needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Theo and Mac Genie, if you need sound advice and a reassuring customer experience, thanks again Theo!!

Fantastic service from a local business. Took my Chromebook in with a problem, that as it turns out (and thanks to Theo's honest and helpful explanations of why) was not going to be economically worthwhile repairing. Despite spending significant time disassembling, diagnosing and reassembling the device, Theo did not charge me a penny for the service. Thank you very much indeed - I will definitely be back in future if and when required!

Just picked my laptop up after dropping it off only a couple of hours ago! Brilliant service from start to finish, managed to identify any problem and help me understand how to use my system better to avoid any problems happening going forward. Would highly recommend, way easier than booking an appointment at Apple and waiting days for a diagnosis! Thank you again ?

Life saver is Theo.
