Just attended my first focus group at Mars this afternoon. The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. The facility is very clean, neat, and organized. For anyone possibly leaving work or just need something...... a snack and water is there if you would like. Highly recommend if you are afforded the opportunity.

I’m a regular Participant in the Taste Test Surveys and everyone who works at/for the Compass Center in Sunrise by Sawgrass Mills are awesome excellent great super fantastic very cool especially there’s 1 particular employee/person who’s just phenomenal and that would be Lindsay/Lindsey who manages the Customer Service Window when You first enter the building because seeing Her firsthand She makes Me smile and always happy to be here!

A while back I got called to do a taste test and when I got there, there was nobody there. I asked around and nobody knew about any Mars Research and they were nowhere to be found! After I left, I called and I got no answer! After that day I decided to call every day till they answer, and it took them almost a month to answer me! And when I got transferred over to the taste test department, nobody answered! So when I finally get an answer, it’s pointles. Why won’t you guys have someone next to the phone or have the phone ring or something cause I am honestly very dissatisfied with this company!
