The Search Marketing Shop is a teribly inconvenient and unpredictable company to manage PPC Campaigns. They are likely to change rates and charge your credit card without any notice what so ever. Furthermore, We lost thousands of pounds due to poorly trained PPC advisors who lack communication skills and consistency.

Our Campaigns were not monitored despite the fact we were paying a high monthly retainer for several Campaigns. The Search Marketing Shop does not deliver value or produce results, they are simply interested in your money only. I strongly suggest this company is avoided at all costs.

Director Tom randomly emailed out of the blue requesting thousands of pounds threatening that our Campaign would otherwise be left - This essentially means that our Adwords budget is blown.

Correspondence is quiet until the discussion of money is raised then they are fluid with the conversation.

I strongly recommend that you go elsewhere if you are looking for long and sustainable business.
