We have had a brilliant experience with Mediahawk since signing up with them. I have not received client support or account management of this standard from any other software supplier in more than a decade, and I'm continually impressed by the speed and helpfulness of the Client Services team.

If every business responded to technical/product as well and as quickly as Mediahawk does, the software world would be a much better place!
