Had a fantastic experience with the MIE Trak team! Their expertise and enthusiasm were infectious. The system itself is top notch. it's clear that they've put a lot of thought into creating a user-friendly, powerful ERP/MRP solution. Visiting their facilities was incredibly informative. The team did a great job of explaining the system in a way that was easy to understand and free from distractions. Plus, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of during our visit. If you're looking to streamline your business operations, I highly recommend giving MIE Trak a shot.

I am responsible for the MRP System where I work. We have been using Mietrak for about 8 years. This software is very reliable and capable of generating many reports to help us with daily tasks and decisions. Most importantly the support we receive from the team at MIE is excellent.

We have used MIE Solutions software for approximately 7 years, I have only been using the system for around a year and a half. I have found the software is very user-friendly and intuitive. It is easy to access real time information. The staff are very friendly and helpful along with the online manuals and information boards.

As the Company, 'Ad-Tek Products' has grown year in year out. Having the right software is essential - This software is a god send. Being able to have everything on one software platform - From quoting to invoicing We have used MIE Solutions software for over 10 years. We started of with 'MIE quote it' then after 3 years moved to the 'MIE Professional' Platform and have'nt looked back since. The software is reliable and functional and most importantly the staff at MIE Solutions provide effective and prompt support.

MIE Trak presented a professional and pragmatic solution from day one. Their clear understanding of the needs of manufacturing businesses was evident, and without any hard sell I was convinced that MIE Trak was the right solution for our manufacturing business. We started with MIE Trak 32 but switched to MIE Trak Pro when it became available. Their tech support is truly exceptional, responding to complex requests for custom reports in a good time frame. The installation and upgrade was trouble free. We also used their training service to bring our users up to speed. In every day operation MIE Trak Pro makes issuing and tracking production jobs efficient and reporting is powerful. The software covers production orders from Quotation to Delivery, and includes many powerful features for Stock Control, BOM, Works Instructions, Works Orders, Purchase Orders, Pick Lists, Delivery, Invoices and lots more. We use the barcode scanners with our system allowing jobs to be tracked against specific workers. Data can be scrutinised through reports or exporting to Excel for further analysis. MIE Trak Pro has transformed how we operate for the better.

Although we are still in a relatively infant stage of our MIE Trak Pro journey, we are already reaping the benefits of having a flexible, user friendly ERP system. We have a clear vision of where we want to be in terms of MRP and works order management and we have every confidence that MIE Trak Pro and its excellent support team will help us to achieve those goals.
