Very fast service here so I felt obligated to give them a positive review. I handed in my phone to get the screen repaired, I went for a 20 minute wander to shop in manners walks while they fixed it, when I got back my phone was ready and they asked me test it. They’re nice guys and quick at what they do so I enjoyed using their services today 🙌
Fast, good and affordable a rare combination.

Bought myself and my brother a phone case from here for £15 and £10. First week we had them they were fine. The side of my case had “un-glued” itself and the phone stand metal ring on the back came loose and constantly hit my hand when picking it up. My brothers case was a liquid case and burst after a week staining his bed. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very poor service
Took my A70 in for a screen replacement. Phone was brand new only 12 days old just cracked the screen. Paid £120 for new screen. When I went to collect the phone had tape on which was advised to keep on for an hour after pickup. Took off in the car to find they had damaged the back of my phone and left a horrific looking lump!! My phone is now null and void if I ever need to claim on insurance and I will be back on tuesday to put in a complaint and request they fix or else a refund!!

Very disappointed with the service I've had here. I have given them 4 weeks to source a new back for my Motorola One Vision, easily doable via eBay. I asked them to give me a delivery date (range) as soon as they had one, just so I knew one was on the way as I knew I'd be travelling with work for the foreseeable future. I've been in on 3 separate occasions and provided my contact number to two staff members, in the store and the stall for then to reach out, and I haven't heard a thing.
Conclusion, if they don't have it in stock, they aren't interested in helping, so don't bother if you don't have an iPhone.

Dropped phone off, left contact details incase of problems.
Went to pick phone up at specified time and they had got the wrong parts so it wasnt done, was told it would definitely be the next day. Left contact details again.

Next day rang an hour before they closed to check it had been done, it hadn't. Yet again theyd got the wrong parts.

Took phone back as it was obviously pointless them having it. Phone is in much worse condition then it was when dropped off.

Absolute waste of time, no customer service skills.

If you want to drop your phone off for a holiday and pick it up more damaged then before this is the place for you

£10 for a new screen protector is absoloutley absurd. The gentleman behind the desk, had my old one off and the new one on before I could even ask how much it cost.
