Richard is an absolute genius and extremely professional, my lap top hadn't been serviced in 6 years, was slow, over heating and not very responsive and needed a new battery. I recently turned to My Local IT Guy after building a custom gaming pc and running into a few hurdles. After a 10 minute conversation with Richard, I knew my system was in good hands. He gives honest expert advice with an explanation and solution. Throughout the subsequent rebuild of my system, Richard kept me updated with his work and compiled pictures of his process to help better understand my mistakes and what he was doing to fix them. The task ahead of him was not an easy one and a lot of repair services would’ve gone with the easy option of replacing parts; however, Richard persisted and made my system picture perfect to how I wanted it, optimized with his expert knowledge and careful handiwork. I have used other local PC repair services in the past and they simply do not compare to this service. I would recommend Richard and his company to anyone with any tech issues, trust me if you can break it he can fix it.
10/10 service - I hope I don’t have to use it again but if I ever do I know I will get the best service possible for a great price!
