I recently had the pleasure of working with Nettonic, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, Chris and the team were fantastic. They created a website that not only looks great but is also incredibly easy to navigate.

Their speed and efficiency were so impressive, they understood my vision and bought it to life in the time scale I needed. They took the time to teach me how to use and navigate the site, which was a massive help as technology isn't my strong point.

We worked with Nettonic a few years ago on a revamp of a very large website with the goal of improving the Page Speed Insights score and user experience. Unfortunately, the experience was not positive.

We wanted to hire local after issues with online service providers in the past, time zones, communication, etc. The work with Nettonic was outsourced to an individual in America, which caused a number of delays and problems due to timezone difference.

It was quite clear they didn't understand our industry very well. I don't expect them to know everything but when highlighting our competitors and keywords, it was way off.

We spent thousands on a revamp that, ultimately, did nothing. The website rating did not improve. It was on a general decline before paying for the service, and it continued after. After all of the work involved, we were told to install and pay for a very expensive plugin to get the results we desired. Even doing this, the goals of the project were not met.

We were left with thousands of 404 errors, thousands of broken images and URL's. We have been unable to update our website theme since, which is a security concern because the website functions breaks whenever it's updated.

We were given a discount on the final price but honestly, we paid thousands for a new theme and that was about the extent of it. The expensive optimization plugin we were advised to install did more than any of the work done.

I contacted them about this over a year ago and nothing was done.

I have no doubt if you have a small website or digital storefront, Nettonic would do a good job. However, if you have a large website or complicated requirements, I would look elsewhere.

My website hosting was due, and to renew with the current company would cost me over £300 annually. After looking at many options and speaking to a number of companies, Chris at Nettonic was outstanding. We encountered many obstacles from corrupted files to unable to transfer email data but as we approached the deadline, Chris successfully migrated all that I needed (although we are still tweaking but this feels OK, as it feels like my website is being looked after). update 21 06 20: Covid meant we had significant issues with the holiday let, and we lost my Mum during the crisis. We were all at 6's and 7's. Nettonic were incredibly supportive and understanding, so so so customer focused. Thank you Nettonic for being a real business partner. As a result we are now expecting to be up on last year, and in a stronger position than ever. Sometimes all it takes is empathy understanding and support, but that is in short supply with may companies - choose your partner carefully! Very happy to be able to avoid using the online travel agents with their massive commission and rubbish customer service as we are getting all our bookings from simple ads directing us to our fantastic website.

Nettonic have just created a website for my holiday let. They had one up and running in days, and the feedback I have had is that it looks fantastic.
Within 24 hrs of the site going live I had a direct booking! Chris and Oliver have been really enthusiastic about what we are trying to do, listened to what I wanted to achieve, researched specific challenges and pushed the boat out (didn't just shoe horn me into something off the shelf), coming up with creative solutions that worked. Oliver is now helping with my social media. I wanted a flexible responsive knowledgeable LOCAL business who I could really work with collaboratively, face to face and remotely, who would add ideas and solutions, and work for me not just themselves. I have so not been disappointed )and I am not very easy to please, ask my other half!). Looking forward to a long and profitable relationship!
