Stayed overnight as close to my delivery. Non electric grass pitch on border of playing field £10 bargain. Close ish to main road, so traffic noise is audible. Family friendly site with some inflatable castles etc for the kids. On site cafe with alcohol, soft drinks, cooked food and snacks available. There is a shower and toilet in the cafe block and portaloos around the perimeter of the camp area. The site is about 30mins walk from the beach, but I did not attempt this a as I arrived late. There is also a gate to the camp site which is closed after 11pm and opened at 7.30 am although I managed to leave earlier, it would be prudent to make sure you can enter/exit at the time you require.

Really enjoyed our overnight camping trip here. It was absolutely brilliant for our 4 and 1 year old, they loved every minute. Really friendly staff and people on the side. The kids loved the bouncy castles and the play park and sand pit area. The drinks were really reasonably priced. Andi Grainger who performed late afternoon was great, our kids loved dancing and singing along.
It was quite noisy still until around 11.30pm with really loud music and people singing and shouting, so it took us ages to get our kids settled. Absolute only downside though.
We will definitely be frequently returning 🙂
