My father in law had this care company. Staff were rude and did not communicate with him. Did not wash him correctly so he ended up with infections . They never turned up on time and when I phoned the office about this they would look into it and get back to me . Never got back to me . His calls were 45 mins in the morning the carers stopped for 8 minutes and this was to wash dress etc same at his evening call . So as a family we decided he needed a better care provider who would support him correctly. I personally would not recommend this company to care for the elderly

My dad who has MND and severly disabled has carers from this company twice a day and occasionally has a sit call for a couple of hours so my mum can have respite. Today my mum was out for the day and had requested a sit between his normal morning and evening calls. The sit was 12 pm till 2pm I was due to go at 4pm to check on him his last call was at 9am this morning The carers had not arrived to do the 12 till 2 pm call leaving my dad sat in his chair with no drink or food since 9am he had missed his medication which is timed medication for his MND. This also meant my dad had not been able to go to the toilet for 7 hours. On contacting the out of hours my mother has been told it will be looked into and they will call her back but still hasn't received a call back Absolutely no remorse shown that my father had been left all day without fluid and food. I am absolutely disgusted with this and will be making a complaint to CQC

The carers who supported my father in his last weeks were fantastic. They always asked him what HE wanted at each visit, and treated him with dignity and respect. They made it possible for my dad to spend his last weeks at home with his family, which was his final wish, and we are eternally grateful.

Great care team always happy to see them, staff are great,verry caring carer's never let you down and they always ask how you are and always ask if you want anything else doing love them all. Very kind, very caring, polite haven't got a bad name for them. Keep up the great hard work they do.

This could be one of the worst care company! No dignity given at all, dirty sheets left on the bedroom floor! My sister never even got offered a wash! (In 4 weeks)They never spoke to her just chating to each other! Over the top of her! Which scared her as she couldnt see and had a brain tumors More bother about their nails and nights out! Than the service user. My sister call was for 30 mins they were never here more than 10 mins
