After deciding to choose a new IT Support Provider, I had heard brilliant things about NewGen IT, so I got in touch. I felt like they took the time to understand my business and my requirements, delivering an excellent experience. It was great to be invited to their office as well. The transition from my previous provider was seamless, and onboarding was exceptional. I've had a few calls that have all been dealt with efficiently, quickly and in a super friendly way. It's hard to find IT support for SME's that run Mac's and Workspace but thankfully Newgen offer the exact kind of support we need. I've been with them just over a year and even though there were some issues with their ticketing system, those issues have all been resolved and I am very pleased with the service I now receive.
