Laurence did a great job, was very helpful, great communication and very reasonably priced. The manufacturer was looking for almost 4 times the amount to fix it and their customer service was absolutely terrible.

So still without any hesitation I would highly recommend Newry Techsolutions, Laurance is very friendly and always welcomes you with a smile, he so professional and easy to talk to. Any problem big or small he can sort it without a doubt. I always go to him to get my phone fixed as I'm terrable with phones and always hands it back with a job well done, most of the time you would think its a new phone, so reasonably priced. Any questions he always there to help to the best he can, and gets it fixed as quickly as possible not waiting about for weeks! Would never go near another phone person again. Thank you so much for again for fixing my phone 🤗

My phone was in a bad state when I took it in to Laurence, very badly smashed, I didn’t have much hope that a repair would be possible, I simply took it in out of curiosity. Laurence had the phone fully repaired within an hour. Top work, and great service.

Great service!! Done an amazing job fixing my screen which so badly cracked, the led in it made lines go up it 🤦🏻‍♀️😂 also fixed my bent phone frame for free! Plus Laurence is such a lovely person 😁

Landed unannounced to get a charger port fixed for my wee girl.. Nothing was too much trouble and had it back in a few days.. I thought it would cost a fortune as other people quoted me a lot more but this place was very reasonable and sympathetic due to having teenagers.. Definitely would recommend going

Terrible service contacted them on sunday ref a new phone screen, sent details that they done it and the price.
I went one earn into newry on Monday and the place was closed against opening times stated so i contacted them and they said they where off sick but would order my screen its next day delivery. I thought great and told them I would be there on Friday perfect.
Friday came i was having to work in Ballymena but made arrangements to be able to make it, when i got in the guy first asked if i was in the right place 🤔 then after i said i was talking to him said he didnt have the part in store it was at home 🤔 and he closed in a hour and wasnt open again till monday! Was completely unhelpful I said the only reason i waited to use them was because of all the positive reviews! But i tried to send a private message on fb and have been blocked from the page also conveniently unable to leave a negative review! 2. Completely wasted trips to newry one of which on black friday! In no way apologetic either
