I bought a surface tablet from this company that never arrived, (due to postal carrier fault), I tried to contact the comapny in different ways, email, phone, to try to resolve the issue, unfortunately the company has the worst customer service I experience so far. They did not reply to email, after managing to reach them over the phone, they promised to resend the package, but I never received the package or a reply back, fortunately I receive my refound directly by ebay. This company sell also on ebay by the name of Mobstarstrade. They did not take any responsibility and do not care about the customers that experience problem. please avoid at any cost or cross the fingers that the product arrive without any problem,
