Nick from NH Architecture dealt with all the Design, planning, building control and warranties on 12 bungalows and 7 houses recently constructed for us in Chesterfield, whilst both projects where challenging and needed various amendments along the way Nick when asked quickly dealt with any changes encountered and submitted these for us to enable a smooth transition, Thanks for all of your help Nick on these which I know at times was stressful due to our friends in planning!!!!!

From the off, right through to the final submission of our kitchen extension plans, Nick could.not have been more helpful, patient and understanding of what we were looking for in respect of our kitchen/utility room extension. Nick has produced a first class plan and drawing for us and he has also offered on-going assistance and support in respect of our planning application submission to the local authority. Used Nick for our single story extension.

Nick is a Nice guy but he lacks in certain areas IMO, his communication is poor, he is slow to respond, if on annual leave doesn’t put out of office on so when you get something that says you have 14 days to respond and he’s on a 14 day vacation what can you do if you don’t know he’s on holiday?

The plan he sent whilst they looked right the measurements where 100mm off meaning the internal wall had to be moved so took 100mm off of the kitchen.

Also has not made a site visit since this all started and when asked for further support he’s ignored me, said he will call in a moment and has not even bothered to get back especially when I’m at a crucial stage and need help with the building inspector, but he has had his money so what’s it matter about follow up or helping further, go elsewhere guys it’s not worth the hassle.

Overall experience poor, poor communication , poor everything.
