I had frightening shutdown of my ASUS laptop and friends recommended Nicom. Visited their shop in Haverhill, friendly guy took my laptop, unscrewed a few bits, said it was a battery problem, fixed it, put everything back together and made sure it was working - all whilst I waited, and all for a very reasonable charge. Can't fault their service. Will definitely use again and recommend if anyone asks.

Great service, would definitely recommend and use again!
Work laptop charger wasn't charging laptop and the 100 mile round trip into work was not something I relished.
Emailed Nicom at 9.30am and Nick quickly got back to me. Quick trip into the shop and £10 later, my laptop is charging and I'm working again!

Highly recommend Nick and his team - emailed yesterday evening asking for advice and a quote for a battery replacement and some minor cosmetic damage. They responded back quite quickly and I was able to drop it off the next morning! I am delighted to have found NICOM IT. Nick was extremely helpful with an upgrade on two Laptops & didn't object at all to working with another IT Pro friend of mine who lives a distance away;- not always the case. To have found a firm of integrity; when like me one can so easily be taken for a ride by so-called IT 'experts' is a real bonus. And at a price that didn't frighten the horses....too much! I thoroughly recommend Nicom IT Services to anyone in our area.
