Called up asking for help with one of our epos systems getting it to work with Digital Signage for adverts, had a great response over the phone, and when I was unable to figure it out an engineer came out the next day to show me how it’s done. Couldn’t ask for better support!

I've been dealing with this company now for well over 20 years, I got my first Till from them, it was my version of an "Open all Hours" but a bit more modern, right up to now which is a modern all singing and dancing Epos System. In all that time NWBM have been Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly and a flippin good all round service. I have no hesitation in recommending them for any "Start Up" to "Established Business". They've worked well for me and I started way back in 1994 in a little shop to be one of the Biggest Independant Aquatic Retailers in the country. Dealing with NWBM is a lot easier than dealing with some customers.
