Been using Novatech for years for the majority of my computer building needs. They have been very good with sending me items on time, sorting issues etc Their prices can be quite fair with some products.
I would definatly recommend for first time PC builders but would always encourage to shop around for first time builders.

An example of the support I got.
I bought the Limited Edition Monster Hunter PC from them as im a big fan of the series and had a small issue the fans were always cranked up to max no matter the situation making the PC really loud. They managed to help me sort it with back and fourth via email which im happy about.

Horrible, their 14 days return will trap you, because there are no returns.

They have a technical team to assess every return, and try their very best to 'prove' that the product is in good condition, and customer will be forced to accept faulty products and no returns will be honoured.

They just want your money and run away.

Better to purchase from Amazon or anywhere else, especially it's also cheaper elsewhere!

Don't buy from them!

I've bought 2 computers from Novatech over the last few years. One of them arrived faulty and required a new motherboard straight out of the box and the second I've owned for 3 years or so and it's only been functional for 2 weeks of those years.

The second star is due to the quick and excellent customer service but the quality of products has been truly awful from my experience and so doesn't rank any higher and I definitely won't be buying from them again.

honestly, the company is fine, but the stupid managers need to get a grip and understand that people do have jobs too. Their opening hours are a joke, fancy having to take time off work to return an item basically i can no longer buy from them due to their hours shut all weekend and closed before I finish work in the week. I would look elsewhere where to buy your item.

Look at my new rig, sitting there in its trolley just catching the sunset, looking gawgus.

Every time I leave this place I get excited like an overgrown kid.

When I went, it was pretty quiet, staff was helpful, had everything ready for me.

My partner hasn't seen me in a while, I'm locked away in my man cave, as I don't have time for real world graphics anymore, far too square for me now.

The process of buying a PC was quick and easy to understand. The one I chose had a build time of 7 to 10 days but was ready in 2 so can't complain. Staff were on hand and helpful with regards to both advising on the build as well as keeping me updated during it. The whole process was painless and I now have a powerful and lean PC. More than happy.
