Since one of the 20 year old sealed units in I’m apartment had blown (and was full of condensation) I researched companies to make a replacement for me. They were all coming in with what I thought were very high prices - possibly too high to justify swapping it out? And then I noticed the NUEX stamp on the spacer between the layers of glass so sent them an email enquiry. From that moment on, everything NUEX did in terms of service, communications and price was faultless. A real pleasure to deal with. Thank you all.

Just called up for a quote on some glass spoke to a miserable man with terrible customer service, literally double the price of another local glass supplier would not recommend use Arctic glass instead

I've been going to the team at nuex for windows and doors for a number of years now; their product is first-class and their customer service is brilliant. It's been about 18 months since I had our new front door fitted and this week was experiencing a challenge with locking it from the outside.

No problem; I speak with Charlotte, always friendly and helpful, who arranges for Paul, their legendary installation expert, to drop round this morning and resolve it. 10 minutes and it's fixed... turns out our porch brickwork is shifting slightly which therefore affects how the door hangs and engages with the locking mechanism.

Many thanks to the team for responding so fast, much appreciated. I recommend nuex to anyone considering new doors and windows to speak with nuex... you won't be disappointed.
