Called Zoo computer repairs the other day very helpful explained the problem with my Dell laptop (kept going back to original built dat) Dropped into them in afternoon and was fixed by 2.00 the next day. Excellent service very professional will definitely use them again, and the cost matched their service cheers Mick

Great honest service!! Took my wife's Kindle fire for a quote today for repair to a large crack in the screen, left it with them and had a call back within 2 hours saying it was not economical to replace the screen and would be cheaper to buy a new one (it was quite old). How refreshing it is to find honest people out there who don't rip you off. Service was first class and communication was excellent. Certainly would not hesitate to recommend. 5 * from me.

Why did I not go straight to the Zoo (Num Lock Solutions) and save myself hours of frustration and panic over my laptop? The issue was quickly solved by Martin and for a very reasonable price too. Friendly, helpful advice and first class service. we've used them before and will use them again. Thank you to the crew at the Zoo.

Took a laptop into Zoo to be repaired and recieved really good communication. Unfortunately due to the price of the now discontinued part I decided not to go ahead with the repair but Zoo were fantastic in their support and advice throughout. Would recommend this buisness without hesitation.

Took my extremely old desktop PC into Zoo, not expecting it to be repairable after it died while I was using it. Mike detected the problem, sourced a part & repaired it. He phoned to let me know it was running very slowly, which had been an issue for sometime. I asked him to investigate & he was able to fix that too. I now have a PC that runs quickly & smoothly, all for a very reasonable price. All my data has been saved. Delighted. Highly recommend. Very friendly, polite service.

The staff was amazing and very friendly to talk to. I had been having trouble with my pc and didn't have to wait long to hear what the matter was with it. I would definitely come back for upgrading my pc.

I don't often leave reviews but these guys absolutely deserve 5 stars! I managed to spill half a can of sprite over my HP X360 and I was told to go to these guys straight away good thing I did! They fixed the laptop within the day and charged an incredibly reasonable price for the fix. The team were lovely and professional and I will absolutely be taking any further faulty or damaged tec their way in the future! 5 stars for The Zoo, I'd give more if I could!

Very poor service not a good place to get repairs, will not be recommending to anyone at all! Very bad customer service, very bad communication skills
